The RH-CCC is an advanced consultant-level certification that prepares qualified career counsellors to operate within the ReflectiveHorizon ecosystem as authorised consultants. The program focuses on governance, operational protocols, client management, and ethical practice required to serve clients using ReflectiveHorizon frameworks and systems.

Eligibility

• Must hold a recognised career counselling certification (e.g., Certified Career Counsellor — CCC from ReflectiveHorizon or equivalent from an accredited body).
• Submission of proof of qualification and a short professional CV required at application.
• Successful completion of the Consultant Interview & Verification by ReflectiveHorizon University.

Program format & duration

• Orientation & Onboarding: 3 live sessions (totalling approximately 6–8 hours) — systems, governance, and operational protocols.
• Practical Clinics: supervised role-plays, client report standards, and case management practice (approx. 8 hours).
• Assessment & Verification: submission of a short verification pack and competency interview (completed within 30 days of onboarding).
• Overall time commitment: ~2–3 weeks (self-paced clinics + scheduled onboarding sessions).

Core curriculum & practitioner competencies

• ReflectiveHorizon methodology orientation and career assessment interpretation (RHCAR specifics and reporting norms).
• Consultant governance: Code of Practice, confidentiality, consent and record-keeping standards.
• Client allocation protocols, case acceptance criteria, and quality assurance processes.
• Revenue & payout models: per-client earning structures, billing processes, and finder’s fee mechanics for client referrals.
• Data, systems & reporting: use of RH consultant dashboard, client report submission, and feedback loops.
• Ethical client termination, redressal, and escalation protocols.

Consultant privileges & benefits

• Authorised access to the ReflectiveHorizon consultant dashboard and client management systems for the duration of the certification.
• Listing on the official ReflectiveHorizon Consultant Directory (subject to passing verification).
• Eligibility for direct client allocation by ReflectiveHorizon and access to RH-led referral pools.
• Per-client earnings as per the ReflectiveHorizon Consultant Payout Policy; finder’s fee for bringing clients as per policy.
• Ongoing supervision, periodic quality audits, and renewal every two years.

Onboarding & activation

• Purchase RH-CCC item → complete the Consultant Application Form (auto-sent) → upload proof of prior certification and CV → attend onboarding sessions.
• Verification & activation typically complete within 10 business days post-submission (subject to document verification and interview).
• Once activated, consultant credentials, dashboard access, and directory listing will be provisioned.

Governance & obligations

• Consultants must adhere to the ReflectiveHorizon Code of Practice and demonstrate compliance with confidentiality and professional standards.
• All RH systems and client data remain property of ReflectiveHorizon; consultants receive access strictly for authorised client work and must not export or reuse RH proprietary materials externally.
• Certification is valid for two years; renewal requires completion of a brief CPD update and quality verification.
