The MCC is an integrated, end-to-end professional pathway that combines the foundational Certified Career Counsellor (CCC) credential with ReflectiveHorizon consultant activation (RH-CCC). Designed for participants who wish to qualify as career counsellors and immediately enter the ReflectiveHorizon consultant ecosystem, this pathway bundles training, supervised practice, governance onboarding, and consultant activation into a single, efficient journey.

What the pathway includes

• Complete 45-hour Certified Career Counsellor (CCC) curriculum (training, practical clinics, assessment).
• Consultant onboarding & activation (RH-CCC): 3 live orientation sessions, practical clinics, verification & dashboard activation.
• Assessment, competency verification, and one observed counselling assessment for CCC certification.
• Consultant interview & verification, directory listing, and dashboard access (subject to successful verification).
• Official certificates: CCC (ReflectiveHorizon University) and RH-CCC activation badge on approval.

Program format & duration

• Delivery is cohort-based combining CCC schedule + RH-CCC onboarding (overall commitment approx. 4–8 weeks depending on cohort cadence).
• Mode: Live online workshops, practical clinics, supervised assessments, and scheduled onboarding sessions.
• Activation: Consultant credentials and dashboard access are provisioned after verification (typically within 10 business days of submission).

Eligibility & entry

• Open to applicants meeting minimum educational requirements (12th pass) with professional intent to join the ReflectiveHorizon network.
• Applicants must complete the MCC enrolment form and submit identity documentation during onboarding.

Governance & limits

• Consultant privileges are governed by the ReflectiveHorizon Code of Practice and Partner Policy. All RH systems and client data remain RH property and are provided strictly for authorised client work.
• If an applicant fails the consultant verification step, CCC certification may still be awarded if CCC assessments are passed; RH-CCC activation will be withheld until acceptance criteria are met.

How to enrol

• Purchase this MCC item → complete the MCC enrolment form (auto-sent after purchase) → attend CCC sessions and complete assessments → participate in consultant onboarding & verification steps.
• Activation and RH-CCC provisioning occur post-verification. Typical verification window: up to 10 business days after submission.

Refund Policy: Partial refunds apply if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before programme start. If consultant activation is declined after CCC completion, consultant fees for activation will be refunded per policy; core CCC training fees follow the standard refund policy.
