ReflectiveHorizon University is the academic and certification arm of ReflectiveHorizon — dedicated to building credible, ethical, and skilled professionals in the fields of career counselling, guidance, and transformation education.

Each program is designed with a clear governance structure, blending practical skill-building with ethical frameworks and reflective methodologies. Participants move through structured certifications that enable them to practise independently or become part of the ReflectiveHorizon consultant ecosystem.

Within this collection, you’ll find three professional certification tracks:

• Certified Career Counsellor (CCC) — Foundational professional qualification for aspiring counsellors.
• ReflectiveHorizon Certified Career Counselling Consultant (RH-CCC) — Advanced consultant certification authorising access to ReflectiveHorizon systems and client allocation.
• ReflectiveHorizon Master Career Counsellor Pathway (MCC) — Integrated pathway combining CCC and RH-CCC in one continuous professional journey.

All certifications are governed by the ReflectiveHorizon University Board of Certification under the academic and ethical standards of ReflectiveHorizon. Each participant’s progress and renewal are recorded in the ReflectiveHorizon certification registry, ensuring long-term credibility and professional traceability.
